David E. Cazares

David E. Cazares was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University (BA 1990) and the Texas Texas School of Law (JD 1994). After graduating, David E. Cazares returned to the Rio Grande Valley and opened his law firm.  His practice concentration includes family law, criminal law, accidents and civil litigation. He is a certified mediator and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Committee for the Paralegal section of South Texas Community College and is a member of the Family, Criminal, and Probate Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas.

David E. Cazares believes that his office is only as good as the strength of his staff.  He believes in loyalty.  Velma Segura, his office manager and paralegal, has worked along side him for over 20 years.  Cynthia Guerrero, his office bookkeeper and legal assistant has worked with him for over 15 years.
